What kind of help can you give an elderly person at home?
Kelly helps older people stay comfortable and independent in their own homes. That covers the household jobs that get harder over time, such as cleaning, laundry, changing beds, washing up and keeping the kitchen safe and tidy, along with practical help like collecting shopping, running errands, posting letters and being company on a trip out. She can also prepare a meal and leave something ready for later. Visits are built around the person rather than a fixed list, and Kelly keeps the same familiar face coming through the door, which matters enormously. This is non-regulated support: companionship, household help and errands. It does not include personal care such as washing, dressing or administering medication. Elderly support is £20 per hour with no contracts. Kelly lives in Mansfield and works across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
