How much do you charge?

Regular cleaning is £17 per hour, or £18 per hour if you would like Kelly to bring her own products and equipment. Deep cleans are £25 per hour, because they are slower and harder work than a regular visit. Care visits, which covers elderly support, dementia support, respite and companionship, are £20 per hour. End-of-tenancy cleans are quoted by the job, and Kelly will come and see the property first so the figure she gives you is accurate. There are no contracts, no minimum term, no call-out fee and no charge for the initial chat or visit.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. There are no contracts, no minimum number of hours and no notice period. You can book a single one-off clean, arrange a regular weekly or fortnightly slot, or stop whenever you like without any penalty. Kelly would rather people stay because the work is good than because they are tied in. Most clients start with one visit to see how they get on, and go from there. If a week does not suit, just let her know and she will move it.

Do you bring your own cleaning products?

Either way works. Most clients prefer Kelly to use the products already in the house, partly because it keeps the rate at £17 per hour and partly because people have their own preferences, particularly if anyone in the house has allergies or sensitive skin. If you would rather not think about it, Kelly can bring everything she needs for £18 per hour. Just say which you would prefer when you get in touch.

Do you do one-off and end-of-tenancy cleans?

Yes. One-off deep cleans and end-of-tenancy cleans are a regular part of the work, alongside the regular visits. Deep cleans are charged at £25 per hour and usually take between four and eight hours. End-of-tenancy cleans are done to the standard letting agents and landlords actually inspect against, covering the oven, fridge, inside all cupboards, descaled bathrooms and every floor. Those are quoted by the job rather than by the hour, and Kelly will always come and look round the property before giving a price, because size and condition change the job completely. The visit is free and there is no obligation. Urgent move-out dates can often be fitted in at short notice.
